Platinum Package

 

  • Initial ‘meet and greet’ face to face or via Zoom, Facetime

  • Access to my Resource Kit with vow examples and guidance, readings, traditions/rituals, creative activities to bring a sense of fun to your wedding

  • Assistance if required to write your personal vows

  • Unlimited phone, text, and email

  • Preparation of a bespoke ceremony script, including your love story

  • Your vows added to my Kindle (or printed if preferred) so you don’t need to worry about bringing them!

  • Final meeting approx. 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding date to talk through your ceremony

  • Use of either my professional MIPRO 303 or Bose S1 PA systems (if required)

  • Signing table (if required)

  • Performance on the day by an Authorised Celebrant with a background in media, guaranteed to be confident, articulate and engaging

  • Registration of your marriage

MC Services

  • Use of either my professional MIPRO 303 or Bose S1 PA systems (if required)

  • Performance on the day by a professional MC with a background in media, guaranteed to be confident, articulate and engaging

  • Travel within 50 km radius of Camden NSW (Additional fees apply for excess travel)

 

MC services are available as a stand alone service, added to a ceremony for a reduced rate or reduced with a 'formalities only' option if you only need me for the formalities.

 

Why not add MC Services? 

On and off the mic I’ll help set up your event/reception formalities, bring great energy and fun to the room, while co-ordinating, alongside your chosen vendors, to ensure it all runs like clockwork! I’m sure to join you on the dancefloor to a little MJ, Whitney’s ‘I Wanna Dance With Somebody’, and almost guaranteed to join you singing loudly (and off-key) to ‘The Horses’ by Daryl Braithwaite.

The Process

STEP 1 – WE CONNECT

I ask couples to complete the webform below and share a bit about your wedding. This is the best way to check availability and connect. I’ll start by sending you pricing and package information, along with an official quote. We’ll then arrange a convenient time to discuss your legals and ideas for your ceremony. We can meet face-to-face at my place, your place, or somewhere in between, or we can connect via phone, FaceTime, Skype, or Zoom.

 

STEP 2 – SECURE YOUR BOOKING

Choose your preferred ceremony or reception package and pay a small $500 non-refundable booking fee. Once the fee is paid, your date is secured, and we can start planning the fun stuff!

 

STEP 3 – THE LEGAL BITS!

We’ll ensure all legal requirements are met so you’re legally married—kind of important, right? First, we need the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM), which can be completed up to 18 months before your planned date but must be lodged with me no later than 1 month before your wedding. This can be done in person or via Zoom (if completed by December 31, 2023). You’ll need to provide identification to verify your identity and place of birth (e.g., Passport OR Birth Certificate and Driver's License). If you have been previously married, you will need to provide evidence of the dissolution of your last marriage. There’s also another form, the No Legal Impediment to Marriage, that must be signed as close to your wedding day as possible (usually within 10 days) or on the day before your ceremony. Don’t worry about this now; I’ll take care of it for you. During the ceremony, you will sign two Certificates of Marriage as well as a Commemorative Certificate, which is yours to keep. #yourewelcome

 

STEP 4 – WE PLAN YOUR CEREMONY

We’ll work together to prepare a ceremony that you and your partner (and your guests) will love. We’ll add any finishing touches to ensure everything is perfect for your big day. About 6 weeks before your wedding, we’ll arrange a time to run through everything so you know exactly what will happen on the day. This is a great opportunity for you to ask any final questions, make last-minute changes, and feel confident everything is set.

 

STEP 5 – YOU GET MARRIED!

Whoop! We’ll marry you in a beautiful ceremony where you’re guaranteed to cry, laugh, and feel happier than you ever imagined. Then, you’ll party the night away celebrating your magical day. I’ll handle registering your marriage with Births, Deaths, and Marriages and can even help you order the legal certificate (just ask me). That’s it. You then drive off into the sunset and enjoy a lifetime of happiness.
